Change default Output

Hi,
i have 2 monitors attached.

The bootscreen goes to digital out by default, this is not my primary screen (its tv).
The default MAC monitor is attached to analog VGA.

Can I activate that   one or change output to both monitors?

Now i dont see the chameleon boot sceen anf have to wait until osx has been starting.

Chameleon uses VESA VBE calls for displaying gfx. As far as i know we can't control the outputs at this early stage.
