« on: January 23, 2010, 04:23:16 PM »
I have a question about an old entry in the Chameleon bootloader from WindowsXP.

After the WinXP from the 2nd Hard Drive I deleted it and now have installed Win7 is still a record of WinXP present, although the operating system is not at present find out more.
The new entry of Win7 came about. How can I remove this old entry from Chameleon RC3.

I'm using Mac OSX-Snow Leopard 10.6.2

Thanks for info greeting Pinarek

Chameleon detects your foreign filesystems at runtime, that's why you get it accessible in the boot menu. However, you can remove foreign partitions using the "Hide Partition" option.

Did you format the drive or do an upgrade install?

If you did an upgrade, maybe there are some files left over from XP on the drive that are confusing Chameleon?

Run terminal, type diskutil list and post the output here.
