[Moved] Asus S96s - can't boot from USB HDD
« on: January 27, 2010, 11:28:27 AM »
I've installed OSX on 1Tb Toshiba USB HDD, notebook Asus S96S. While trying to boot i'm getting looped message
boot0: done
boot0: done
boot0: done
....
When i'm connecting this disk to desktop PC Chameleon starts normally. Do you know what is causing this problem, and how to fix it?

Edit:
Probably it's caused by lack of USB Legacy option in my laptop's BIOS, i got no idea how to fix it....

Moved. This is not a bug report.

Hi guys!

I have the same looped message using RC4 on AsRock mobo G31M-VS which has ICH7 southbridge. Booting from usb hdd.

But on my laptop with ICH8M it works like a charm.

May be it's a problem in ICH7?
