Keyboard not recognized

Hi my PS2 keyboard is not recognized

I see the device in IORegistryExplorer but it is not recognized (below you will find a snapshot of IORegistryExplorer)

at boot i have this message:
kextd[12]: IOKitWaitQuiet() timed out waiting to write kernel symbols

How can i try to fix the problem ?

I think your OSX is screwed up. I don't know IOKit enough to pinpoint the problem but I suggest to reinstall OSX
