No documentation on using codec dump to make VoodooHDA work?
« on: April 02, 2010, 04:00:59 AM »
I have audio card with STAC9227 codec, with VoodooHDA, I can have my Rear Speakers (Green) and Front Pink (Mic) working. unfortunately I have only one head to equip a headphone. and can't plug one jack at the front and one at the rear.

I'm trying to find fix on this problem by patching the nodes or something like that, or growing a second head on my shoulders (I already gave up with the second option).

I have codec dump from Linux and voodoohelper.
I'm not seeking a instant or readymade fix by someone, but the documentation.
where can I find documentation on VoodooHDA? which have all this information.

I'm using Snow Leopard 10.6.2
