Windows 7 booting problem
« on: March 29, 2010, 08:19:36 AM »
I have Windows 7 x64 installed as one partition (no System Reserved partition) on a hard drive and Snow Leopard with Chameleon installed on second hard drive. My motherboard bios is set to boot the Snow Leopard hard drive 1st so the Chameleon menu appears and I select my OS. Whenever I try to select Windows I get the 'BOOTMGR is missing' message however, if I tell my motherboard to skip the Snow Leopard hard drive and just boot straight into Windows it starts up no problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Works at my P35-ds4 with  Windows 7 on an own disk (SATA AHCI) - on a second partition. First partiton is a Fat32 partiton, the second is the Win7 System Partition.

I've been playing around with it and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have no idea what the problem is.
