« on: April 26, 2010, 06:42:26 PM »
Please help.

I have managed to install a retail Snow Leopard with the help of empire efi. With lots of trial and error I have managed to get windows 7 and Snow Leopard to Dual boot with chameleon bootloader (MyHack 1.0). I have Mac os on my 160gb IDE drive and Win 7 on 600gb Sata, everything works network graphics audio. From time to time I get panic the last time trying to install office before that copying photos to iphoto and also using uTorrent? I think im in 64bit but i still had panics in 32bit but im not not sure? see com.apple.Boot.plist attached. I have tried cpus=2 and cpus=4

I have installed with kept helper b7:

AzaliaAudio.pkg
AppleNForceATA.kext
nForceLAN.kext
NullCPUPowerManagement.kext
NVEnabler 64.kext
TotallyFixStillWaiting.kext
FramebufferDisabler.kext
LegacyAppleRTC.kext
OpenHaltRestart.kext
PlatformUUID.kext

I have also installed  legacy_kernel-10.3.0.pkg  with vanilla kernel I got panic also but no explanation apples default hold down the power button?

any help would be very much appreciated

Many many thanks!

Sorry - this is not a general Hackintosh support forum. I don't think your issue has anything to do with Chameleon itself, and so we can not help you here. Try on Insanelymac or some of the other osx86 forums.

That said, try booting in 32-bit mode and see if it helps. If it does you probably have something running that isn't fully 64-bit compatible.
