VoodooMonitor Startup Item

I've created a StartupItem for VoodooMonitor.kext.
This loads the kext at start up.
I made it to a installer as well to put them in the /Library/StartupItems.

This "Loading kext in /Library/StartupItems" can be very handy, and I use it to load Ethernet drivers, etc.
I'm planning to make this to more generic so that all sorts of kexts can be loaded after /S/L/E is loaded.
