Where Do I report Kernel crashes???

I am new to this forum and would like to know the correct place to post a kernel panic picture and and explanation of what/when/ and where. Thanks
OS: 10.5.8
Bootloader: Chameleon 2.0-r431/ Dell 170L Optiplex/CPU: P4 HT (HT off) 3.2 Ghz
Chipset: Intel 82801EB/ER (ICH5/ICH5R)
1 GB RAM

Even if we had a forum for it, I don't think reporting a kernel crash would do anybody any good, the Voodoo Kernel hasn't been in active development for a long, long time. Once upon a time this was the place to do it though:

We cannot support installations done with hacked DVDs here, there are too many unknowns.
