Can't resume from hibernation. Stupid me. How to fix?
« on: August 25, 2010, 01:52:41 AM »
Got my hackintosh up and going just like I want it. Everything was perfect until I stupidly decided to tinker hibernation.

Dell XPS M1530
C2D at 2.5Ghz
Nvidia 8400 GS 128MB
4GB RAM
500GB hard drive
Chameleon bootloader (latest release)
OS X 10.6.4

Problem was that I was tinkering with the hibernation feature and some apps that enabled it. The system went into hibernation just fine but now I can't boot into OSX. It just stays on the Chameleon boot screen.

I've tried -x, -f, -nowake, -Forcewake=y, with no luck. How can I boot back into OSX?

Try without dashes:

Wake=No                   Disable wake up after hibernation (enbaled by default).
ForceWake=Yes             Force using the sleepimage (disabled by default).
WakeImage=<file>          Use an alternate sleepimage file
                              (default path is /private/var/vm/sleepimage).

Good luck!
