VooDoo HDA problem
« on: August 31, 2010, 08:52:57 AM »
Hi guys, i have installed iAtkos S3-Snow Leopard 10.6.3 and when i start it if I select VooDoo HDA to start installation, after the first reboot it shows me a kernel panic about it, if i delete it, it boot perfectly. It tell me about IOAudioFamily(1.7.6) y IOPCIFamily(2.6) dependencies, but i dont see it for select on installation  menu, this two kexts.

It installs v0.2.6.1 version, someone knows if is there another version that working well or i should try to fix this dependencies? In fact, where can i find this archives?

Thanks a lot.

VoodooHDA is known to cause Kernel Panics. Try an updated version, see if you still get those panics.
