Charging iPad/iPod/iPhone via USB ports
« on: December 16, 2010, 01:51:45 PM »
Hello guys!

I'm not sure if such a request is to be addressed to Chameleon actually, but I wonder since Gigabyte, MSI and Asus can enable USB port charging for Apple portable devices via Windows drivers, if there's a way a kext could do the same for hackintosh boxes.

I use Asus AiCharger on my Windows 7 partition and it really does the job.  ;D

Is there any ongoing project on such a feature or plans on it?  ;)

it does charge; at least in my own case with an ipod nano 2nd gen. so am optimistic it would work with actual models.
btw, this is osx related not chameleon (like u said :P) so am moving it to black hole
