Hi All,

Great product and  information here.

Could someone please indicate how to add devide ID to the NVidia kexts? ALso, appreciate knowing which kexts to update. I have the unknown NVidia Graphics Card on 10.6.6 (GS 8400). I've tried everything, but adding the device IDs. I am confused which files to add it to, or how to do it - despite reading many forums and posts over the past week.

Many thanks in advance!

You misunderstand.

Adding the device IDs to the nvidia kernel extensions will not fix the "unknown nvida card" in System Profiler.
For that you must edit the Chameleon source code and compile your own build, as explained already earlier in this thread.

Or simply set GraphicsEnabler=n and then use a different injection method that already "knows" your video card, or allows you to fill in this information yourself.

Google 'Guide For All Nvidia Boards'.
