It would be nice to be able to use the mouse to select the booting drive...

is mouse support there in bootcamp or any other bootloader?...
ya it would be better if mouse included....

I have to say that it is a nice thought, but when you start looking at features like this you're almost asking for the developers to create an operating system to load an operating system.  Unless it is creating a pre-boot environment (i.e. like BartPE) it doesn't make a lot of sense to complicate things by doing this.
