Hp 1025dx issue on wake from sleep

I installed the vooddooPS2controller-0.98-installer.pkg on my 1025dx currently running 10.5.5 and it works great.
Except, for some reason when I wake from sleep I loose my mouse entirely (keyboard is unaffected) any ideas? I uninstalled the appleps2controller, but I was unable to find the ACPIPS2Nub.kext, could that be the issue?
