VoodooPower 1.2.3 Stuttering

I have m2n-mx se mobo and athlon 64 x2 5000 cpu. when changing frequency and voltage i have audio and video stutter problem.
so when i was using voodoopstate it shows wrong cpu frequency. my cpu normally 2600 mhz but after install voodoopstate it shows max 1300 mhz.
what can i do?
