messed up original apple bootloader
« on: March 09, 2011, 03:42:49 AM »
hello everyone
I am just dumb. I was trying to get GTX 470 to run on an intact Snow Leopard 10.6.6 system, and I reckon I messed with stuff I really didn't know about, so I "installed" chameleon (didn't even knew what it was at the time) following the commands in the readme, first at the chameleon folder, and then I went to the card enabler's folder and ran the commands again. I also edited the com.apple.boot.plist file adding the "GraphicsEnable" key and setting it to yes. I also overwrote a bunch of kexts that came in a "fermi enabling zip" I found at insanelym@c

That said my Mac won't boot anymore

I have BootCamp installed and Windows 7 seems unaffected...

Any help is greatly appreciated!

L
