Boot Menu not showing FAT32 volumes
« on: June 11, 2011, 08:02:40 AM »
Hi,

Chameleon RC5's boot menu (both GUI and text) doesn't show FAT32 / FAT32X volumes anymore. I want to be able to boot legacy operating systems stored in volumes with this file system type. I understand that the standard EFI volume is FAT32 and it's wanted to be hidden, but I guess having a fixed 200 MB size it could be easily identified. That way only this small volume should be hidden and the rest (assuming that there are other FAT32 volumes) could be manually hidden per user's needs. I guess this modification should be pretty easy. BTW... where in the source code the FAT32 volumes are hidden? Maybe I could try to patch it by myself. Have some very basic programming skills.

Thank you for your hard work!

Cheers!
