i run lion+win7  on Toshiba a500 1f4 and snow on external hhd , photo booth on snow running nice put on lion it is not detect properly build-in camera is this relate to chameleon or which kexts

No, nothing to do with Chameleon.

Try a 3rd party webcam driver such as Macam.

Some people have reported success with 'activating' the webcam in Windows running in a virtual PC, it will then work in Photo Booth, Skype etc on OS X.
