problem with 8086:3b56

Good afternoon (from spain ),
first of all, thanks for the team that you are, not only -HDA, i use too the other parts in my laptop and works really fine.
My problem is that i have an integrated sound card (8086:3b56), and one more in graphic card for HDMI output (unused, and without interest that works, or not, doesn't care me )
The problem happends that, after install using KextHelper, and editing the line of

for:

I have the next situation:
-Speakers/headphone: detected but no sound, only silence, i have tried with headphones and speakers, and nothing.
And... to be trust, i don't know what should be my next step, i suppose that is changing the config but... to be trust, i don't know how to do that.

Anyone can help me in next steps?

PD: I only have 10.7.2 installed on my laptop :S
