Touchpad problem after login

I'm using VoodooPS2Controller 1.1.0

It works all right before login. I can move, click, and drag. I cannot test scrolling, but I think it works. However, after I logged in, things changed. I can only move and scroll. Clicking has no effect, and logging out makes no difference. What's the problem?
