I call this one Apple Retro

To install unzip and copy the folder to /Extra/Themes

then add this to com.apple.Boot.plist

Code: [Select]
<key>Theme</key>
<string>Apple_Retro</string>

I don't know why it wasn't, try asking in the support forum.

But HFS+ shows up as a //GS, EXT3 An Apple Lisa, NTFS as a Apple ///, FAT32 as a Apple //c, Fat16 as a Apple //e, A CD-Rom as a Apple PowerCD, and a Generic as a Vtech Laser 128/EX 2.

Same problem here - my NTFS partition isn't recognized only when using your theme.

Removed the old Generic Icon used the Apple /// as generic and put the new //c icon as NTFS and a Mac 128 icon as fat 32
