« on: June 29, 2009, 07:41:27 AM »
In snow leopard i get
Code: [Select]
29/06/09 3:37:42 PM kernel Warning - kext org.voodoo.driver.VoodooHDA has immediate dependencies on both com.apple.kernel* and com.apple.kpi.* components; use only one style.
29/06/09 3:37:42 PM kernel Loading VoodooHDA 0.2.1 (based on hdac version 20090401_0132)
29/06/09 3:37:42 PM kernel error: couldn't open PCI device
29/06/09 3:37:42 PM kernel Loading VoodooHDA 0.2.1 (based on hdac version 20090401_0132)
29/06/09 3:37:42 PM kernel VoodooHDADevice[0xa3ae000]::init
29/06/09 3:37:42 PM kernel VoodooHDADevice[0xa3ae000]::probe
29/06/09 3:37:42 PM kernel error: couldn't open PCI device
29/06/09 3:37:42 PM kernel VoodooHDADevice[0xa3ae000]::free
29/06/09 3:37:42 PM kernel VoodooHDADevice[0xa3ae000]::deactivateAllAudioEngines

During boot and when manually loading the kext

ALC 888, with voodoohda 0.2.2 (console says 0.2.1 for some reason)

because binary compiled i386 architecture. But sources available so everybody can recompile to x86_64 architecture and voodoohda works.
