[Theme] Beyond
« on: July 05, 2009, 06:45:22 PM »
Started out as an experiment really, although it turned out rather too nice just to keep it to myself so here it is, Beyond.

The pack contains multiple backgrounds and boot images.

Lovely work Unliked :) There's no doubting your artistic talent!

To help others use this at different resolutions, how about using proportional rather than absolute positioning of elements?

Hi unliked, really great theme you made there, i'm using it right now! Do you also have a 1280x1024 boot image? Because if i resize it, the "boot circle" of macintosh isn't anymore in that grey circle you made for it in the boot image (if you know what i mean ;) ).

Any chance of making a version for netbooks? It looks wicked sick, I'd love to have in on my MSI Wind

Or even make it percentage-based so I can resize the images to suit my own res?

Can't help you atm since mandatory army starts right about now but you can calculate how much smaller the screen is to it's half way point than this boot loader is atm and use remove that amount from the size. Hopefully you get it. Just remember to just resize the background.

Hi pokerstar

This lovely theme by Unliked is not as easy to resize as other themes as it was setup with absolute position of elements. Unliked has also posted why he can't be around to help. But if you want to resize it for your display, it will require a bit of trial and error and some Photoshop work.

If demand is high enough then maybe I will have a go at it?

Bumping for HD Resolutions!  ;)

No really, this is one of the nicest Bootloaders but the Resolution is from the Stoneage  :'(

If anyone wants to work on it i could help. I could  do the Background and Bootpictures in all the different Resolutions (even 1080p) but i would need someone to configure the rest. Im a fast learner so i could do others things too if its not to hard.
