Problem with UseNvidiaROM and VBIOS (ML; Chameleon r2250)

Hey guys,

I just updated my Chameleon from 2.1 r2069 to r2250 on my iAtkos ML installation.
After reboot I wasn't able to boot anymore and had to delete UseNvidiaROM=y and VBIOS=y from /Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist.

With UseNvidiaROM option it halts immediatly after the lines:

Without UseNvidiaROM I get a little bit further, but it stops after:

When I delete VBIOS option as well, I can boot normally.
But I do need these options to get my beamer (Sanyo Z800) running. No problems with r2069.

My system:
MSI P45 Neo3 MB
Intel Core2Duo E8400
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT
