I'm not sure what you're asking, please be more specific.

Chameleon's KernelPatcher module replaces VoodooTSCSync, but I'm not sure why you would need it for that CPU.

What I mean, I read that in my case I7 3930k a. 6 core CPU with 12 Threads must be set (IOCPUNumber = 11)

I guess it involves editing info.plist inside the kext but I can't say for sure, I've never needed it.

If you google how to edit VoodooTSCSync.kext I'm certain you will find something.
