Chameleon Check for updates
« on: August 20, 2009, 03:54:44 AM »
Would it be cool if Chameleon just check for the latest available version and prompt the user for an Update?
This might sounds useless or weird to some of you. However I was getting this problem with after upgrading from RC1 to RC2 I just can't change anything for my themes resolution, etc.. I am not asking a question here just had this in mind that it will be nice that it will update itself and have the right files copied to the right location!  ;)

What do you mean you can't change anything, what happens when you try to change the resolution?

If it's a permissions issue and you're working from the Finder, just copy the plist to your desktop, edit the copy, save it, and then drag it back to where it was. It will ask for your password and then overwrite the plist. Pronto.
