Update 07/10/09

Now with COCOA GUI and a lot more options, bootloader updated to PCEFI v10.3.
Desktop : GA-EP45-DS4 / E8400 @ 3 Ghz / 2Go 1066Mhz RAM / Shutdown/Reboot/Sleep/Speedstep Os X 10.5.6 Retail + Chameleon v2 Apple Raid + 9.6.0 Vanilla
NetBook : MSi Wind U100-015 2 Gb 667Mhz RAM / Shutdown/Reboot/Sleep/Speedstep / Os X 10.5.6 Retail + Chamelon v2

Very nice app! I used it successfully to make my own boot CD for installing SL from the retail disk. The download link does not work any more, but I found it on the author's french website. App is in English:

There is one little bug:
When I open & save ...boot.plist for firs time it's changed without any info - any flags/options/string are deleted.
Solution is to open app, put all stuff including ...boot.plist, open it (don't save), and close app. When I open it again, all options shows up corretly and stays present after save.
Update to RC4 or maybe RC5 soon, would be also nice :)
