Creating BOOT CDs

Hi

I am been building CDs for VMware support of Mac OS X for some time now. See these posts http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=139178. I was interested in the comment in the features list:

"Boot retail DVDs with preboot ramdisk image support."

Do you have anymore details on how to use HDIUTIL to build CDs please?
