Mac OS X boots only with boot-132 , using Chameleon no boot
« on: October 04, 2009, 01:01:38 AM »
Hi

I'm trying to achieve a dual boot - Mac OS X and Win7 using Chameleon RC2.
So I finally managed to install Chameleon to the EFI partition and set this partition as active partition.
On boot time the Chameleon GUI starts and when I try to boot mac os x I'm getting a message
that a restart is needed.

(I tried booting in verbose mode and I did see that only the official kexts have been loaded
and the no Chameleon kexts)

When I'm trying to boot with Boot-132 cd everything works fine.

I'm using some kext located in EFI/Extra/Extension folder and a mkext file located in Extra.

What did I miss?
how do I resolve this issue?

Thanks
