i downloaded the clean mac os theme and resized it, i tried to look for the theme file but nah can't find it :/

Create a 'themes' folder in /extra and place your theme in a folder inside it. Give the folder a name and use this name to load your theme from com.apple.Boot.plist.

If in doubt, you can always download the RC3 binary package to see what the folder structure is supposed to look like.

Thanks for replying, but um after i created a themes folder in /Extra ( the Extra in the hdd which i installed OSX yeah?) , there' s no .com.apple.Boot.plist. do i copy and paste it from the vanilla file or what?

Yeah, the /Extra folder on the partition where Chameleon is installed.

Yes, copy com.apple.Boot.plist to /Extra. The original one in /bla/bla/SystemConfiguration should be left unmodified.
If you want to see what a clean one looks like, search the forum, I posted one a couple of months ago.
