installing chameleon to flash drive
« on: November 29, 2009, 03:19:47 AM »
On my powermac g4, running 10.4, I've unpacked RC3 to my desktop, navigated in term to the I386 dir, and typed: sudo fdisk -f boot0 -u -y /dev/rdisk1 (for my 8g flash drive(formatted in extended jounaled, GUID)). I get : "/usr/sbin/fdisk: /usr/sbin/fdisk: cannot execute binary file".

Where did I go wrong? Shouldn't this command point to the fdisk file thats in the i386 directory?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm guessing it's an Intel-only binary.
