Title: Kernel panic mounting USB drive after sleep/wake

I have an issue mounting USB drive after sleep/wake using latest trunk (r118). My mobo is an ASUS P5E (ICH9), I don't use any USB fix in Chameleon, just a DSDT patch to change device ID of UHCI devices and get sleep working. If I boot in verbose mode it works fine, just get KP after a normal boot. RC4 works fine.
