Just installed Voodoo 0.2.2 with pref pane. Audio works fine upon boot but after sleep audio gets distorted and jittery. The only way I can get around this is to restart.
Under system Pref/Audio Audio device shows "Unknown"
When I plug in headphones to front jack it doesn't auto switch, also, during start up there is a "Pop" when Voodoo loads.
Here is the onboard audio I have.
o ADI® AD1988B 8 -Channel High Definition Audio CODEC
o Coaxial / Optical S/PDIF out ports
