Title: Won't install boot loader boot0 and boot1h with EFI parition option selected

My setup I make two partitions.  I first install iPC OSx86 DVD to the first partition which installs chameleon v1.0.12.  I then install Chameleon 2.0 using the EFI partition option.  It does not install boot0 and/or boot1h and the system will boot the older V1.0.12 boot loader.  If I install the boot0 and boot1h manually all is good or if I install without selecting the EFI partition option all is good.
