Title: [Theme] Blackosx_Christmas
Post by: Blackosx on December 08, 2009, 10:12:24 PM
Christmas is coming and I thought I would contribute a fun festive theme.
Here are links for 3 x ZIP files, one for each screen ratio, so resizing should be easy.

Enjoy :)

Note: All the christmas icons I took from www.icondrawer.com and the background I made from an idea I found from Google images.

EDIT: 24th November 2010
I have re-hosted the theme files here after originally hosting them on Mediafire

I'm having trouble resizing this from my netbook (MSI Wind U100, 1024x600), all the images still appear far too big :(

When you say the images appear too big, are you referring to the device images?
I calculate that resizing the 1920x1080 theme by 53.3%(W), 55.5%(H) should work.

Can you supply a screenshot?

Well, both the background and the icons were too big, but maybe I calculated the sizes wrong. I'll try again now with your values and see what happens

Hope it works for you.

The calculation I used was: required dimension / original dimension * 100

So in your case: Note: I chose the original 16:9 theme as it was the closest ratio to yours
Width: (1024/1920)*100 = 53.3
Height: (600/1080)*100 = 55.5
