Title: Delayed loading of kexts

Hey guys,

I think there should be a function to delay the loading of kexts until after the vanilla kexts are loaded so that VoodooHDA can be put in /Extra/Extensions without any dependencies with it.

Such dependencies found in /S/L/E are not loaded by the booter, and they are not, obviously, present in the extensions cache.
