try snow hazard 1.6.6i, it works perfectly on our vaio ;)
ps: no-one still got the internal lcd working in vaio f series, but hdmi and vga external ports works al 100% with QI/QE enabled.

sorry  :-\
I read an article about using Mac retail DVD for installing hackintosh.but the main problem is that you have to format your hard completely.

Hi,

I moved this here because you seem to be having general hackintosh issues, not issues specific to Chameleon.

From what I can determine, you are having a dependency issue with Ev0reboot, I'm not familiar with that kext so I wont be able to help you further.  Perhaps you can find the source of the kext an ask someone involved in it's development.

I read an article about using Mac retail DVD for installing hackintosh.

If you Google Vanilla install OSX86 you should be able to find out more about using retail DVDs to install OSX on a white box PC.

This (http://forum.voodooprojects.org/index.php/topic,911.0.html) is a thread on using Chameleon in a vanilla install for people who dont have access to an existing OSX install.

tnx for helping
it's better to use Mac retail DVD to install hackintosh.but there is no MUST for me.if some one could use another way for installing it,I just wanna know the way and try it.
iAtkos version had the problem of restarting when I choose the mac boot.
iDeneb started the installing menu, but I had the problem with kexts and I couldn't make it run :(
and now I tried all the ways for using iBoot and failure continued.
I don't know why VAIO F series are hard to install Mac?

is there any new version of chameleon that I can use for booting Mac retail DVD with it?

just use that Snow Hazard 1.6.6i, it works really fine!
Don't add any kext or modded kernel, it works almost vanilla (if i remember right i just used the ps2 controller kext). Remember, you CAN'T have your internal LCD working with "GraphicsEnabler=Y"
And... last thing: Use busratio=21 for boot the install dvd
if still doesn't work try 16, 21 and.. dunno i really can't remember. With my i3 i must use busratio=16, but if i remember right for i7 the correct value is 21. Just try!
