Title: Digital OUT on ALC888

There is no Encoded Digital on Audio MIDI setup for Digital Out.

I guess this is because is not implemented yet, but if it is then there is a failure.

I don't know if this is a bug but my IDT 92HD73E doesn't has Digital output either.

on my acer 5920g lappy, alc888 has two digital outputs, SPDIF and hdmi audio (detected as digital)

i cant test SPDIF, but i can test hdmi audio, and it arent working
