Title: 10.6.2 and Intel P55 chipset?
Post by: Zeppo on October 19, 2009, 08:23:27 AM
I was reading that 10.6.2 should bring some HW driver updates and even support for newer HW.
Does any of you (presumably Apple developer) knows if Intel P55 chipset will be supported?

THX!

Nothing to do with the Chameleon booter... and we don't want to open a door for every "Hackintosh" related topic here, sorry.

I beg to defer here.
I have two machines running with Chameleon and just plan to build another one. My HW choice would be a board with i7 and P55. Since this is not a chipset currently supported by OSX I was just curious if someone knows if it will be in the future. The chances are that - if the P55 support comes with 10.6.2 - it will be soon in HCL and  can use Chameleon on it.

If this is not related to Chameleon - what is?
THX

Hmmm...
There is a whole gigantic forum for this type of speculation. its called insanelymac. google it. enjoy.

This forum is specifically about chameleon and closely related issues.
Saying your post is related to chameleon is like saying, i dont know, sugar is related to salt because they both might end up in the same pot.
