Title: Windows 7, GPT and partitions >2TB
Post by: Dodo on November 20, 2009, 10:05:44 AM
Hi,

I don't have an EFI/UEFI BIOS right now and I'm looking into ways to boot from a GPT partitioned hard drive or RAID array that is larger than 2TB.
I'd like to know, if Chameleon installed to a USB drive would allow me to do that. Thanks a lot in advance for any answers I might get. :)

I dont think so as chameleon just chainloads 7 and 7 by itself cant boot from pure gpt.

Actually, the 64-bit version can boot from a GPT disk. I'd still like to know if Chameleon supports booting from such insanely large disks and or partitions. 8)
