Title: Pointer to Documentation ?
Post by: jimjar on April 10, 2009, 03:19:43 PM
Hi, I installed Chameleon on my Lenovo S10e running Leopard and it looks great !!
From what I read on your web-page, Chameleon has lots of customization options.  Is there a guide or how-to available that describes how to use these ?  I have searched but I have not been able to find this.  I need to make some changes so that Chameleon boots my Linux partition correctly, and I would also like to customize the screens.

Thanks for creating this software !

I'd also love to see some documentation for this as well.  I'm trying to remove the bootloader to run some troubleshooting but there are no instructions for this.

The binary package download comes with docs.

The installer package does not seem to have any documentation files, and the link for the binary package is no longer working. Please fix the binary package download link or provide another way to access the documentation. Thanks!

Thanks to rocksteady for the rapidshare link to the binaries.

Kabyl, for several days I was repeatedly getting a Firefox error about "compression type not supported" when trying to download the binary package, although the installer package downloaded without any error. For some reason, the binary package now downloads properly for me as well.  I guess the issue was somehow on my end, although I had never seen that particular error message in Firefox before.  Anyway, thanks for doing such a great job with Chameleon, you and your team are tops!

Very much looking forward to the 2.0 Final release.
