Title: 1005HAB and ideneb 1.3 (10.5.5) audio works but prefpane doesn't

okies I installed the the the vodoo .22 audio kext double clicked on preference pane while it ended up in system preferences under other it gives me a can't map memory error, anyone have a clue what I did wrong, or if I didn't do something wrong and it's just not right with my system, how can I uninstall and install the alternative audio?
