Title: cmi9880 no volume changing

Thanks Voodoo Team for driver,
but with my terrible CMI9880 I've got a volume issue. I've got slide changing (instead of Azalia driver, where it's not active), no actually sound volume change.
One of possible reasson, in a codec dump, there not mixers/amplifiers inside codec architecture.
